We charge a call out fee so our engineers can spend time trying to fix your gates. Our engineers will spend up to an hour trying to fix your gates. If they cannot be fixed immediately we will diagnose the fault and let you know what needs to be replaced. We will always give you a written quote and await your consent before we start any additional work .

We do not generally install parts purchased by the customer. We cannot provide a guarantee if we have not purchased the parts. There are also many fake and faulty parts online.

WHY ARE MY GATES NOT WORKING?
GATES NOT CLOSING
Why have my gates stopped closing? There are several reasons your gates will have stopped closing. Gate manufacturers build in safety devices to the control panels too monitor for faults on the gates. If the gate control panel detects a fault or a dangerous spike in current the gates will not close until the system has been deemed safe to close again. It is highly recommended at this point you call a qualified gate engineer to check your gates are safe.
EMERGENCY GATE OPENING
If your electric gates malfunction and you cannot open them via the remote control or keypad. there will be a manual way of opening the gates. The company who installed your gates will have provided you with a key. There will be a place on your gate motor or ram where you can open the gates with a lever.
