What do you do?
Once you book your gate engineer to attend your property. The engineer will carry out a full assessment of the gate system. The fault or faults will be diagnosed and relayed to you. If the gates can be fixed without any parts or minor parts required like fuses, the engineer will fix the fault during the call out period with no additional cost. If there is a more serious fault the engineer will notify you of what is required and if there will be any further charges. The engineers carry most spare parts on the van and with your permission additional parts can be installed to get your gates working as soon as possible.
We will never carry out additional cost work without your permission.
A full report on the gate system will be carried out and a copy of the report will be given to you on completion of the call out with any recommendations required.
